For vast freedom and relief… we reparent ourselves. Sitting together at a quasi kitchen table (a zoom room Jedi meeting in the quantum field) we experience, we practice, we remember how to enjoy a sincere deeeeep no-worries lifestyle that attends thoroughly to our passions in every direction.
Transforming the tricky sticky mucky yucky swirly whirly into oh wow this is easy now.
“Reparenting” exists because most people did not receive consistent, attuned, reality-based support while their system was forming.
Not because your parents (or US parents) were “bad” but because:
caregivers (they/we) were overwhelmed, conditioned, or unsupported themselves
key needs (emotional safety, accurate mirroring, boundaries, encouragement, repair) were inconsistent, distorted, or absent
the child (us/them) adapted intelligently to survive… but those adaptations become limiting later
So as an adult, you’re (we’re) often running:
protective strategies instead of present-time choice
inherited beliefs instead of direct perception
dysregulated loops instead of steady internal guidance
Reparenting is updating the internal environment so it can support who you are now.
HYPOTHESIS: REINVENTING
OUR INHERITANCE
It’s about restoring core functions:
Safety: your system can settle without external permission
Orientation: you can accurately read what’s happening (inside & outside)
Boundaries: you can include/exclude without guilt collapse
Care: you respond to needs instead of overriding them
Repair: when things go off, you know how to come back.
Reparenting is basically removing distortion so flow becomes possible again
Fascia is where we need to focus. It’s where we hold our stories. If we aim to discharge our fascia, we discharge the stuck charge of our stories, and thereby we gain access to remembering easy presence.
Consistent self-attunement + discharge creates real safety. When safety is real, needs get met. When needs are met, thriving is natural.
Discharge + circulation rewires core patterns:
how you relate to your environment
how you express yourself
how you form attachment
This restores our inherent FLEXIBILITY & OPENNESS.

“IF YOU HAD TOLD ME I’D BE FEELING MY FEELINGS… I’D HAVE DIPPED !!! What I got from this container the past three months:
freedom from being ploughed down by emotions, but with an ability to attend to the pains lying dormant (but loud) (like getting that last bit of sliver stuck in your foot, you know?)
to shift from just not feeling the joy… to FEELING THE JOY of being there for myself.
Even though I work out and I walk… I had never accessed an actual intention of letting go before this. Now I’m in this safe place with it.
It’s amazing to be releasing the fascia, experiencing the moment of hurt (present and past) and to be responding to it vs reacting to it.
NO LONGER tied down by things that have gaslit you for so long
I laid on my bed and kicked my feet out of happiness… because I could finally see what I’ve been good at my whole life.
I always took care of so many people and creatures and people would say oh they are so lucky to have you. Currently, I’m saying to myself, “now that you have yourself, you’re so lucky!”
expectations and obligations in my actions turned into alignment. Kelsey points people back to themselves and I think that’s a true teacher a true healer.
Everywhere I look there is suffering and i want innocence protected. so much of the workshop is coming home to your own innocence, finally.
My kids comment now on how accessible I am. Not only did this ignite and rekindle a relationship with myself, but also with my children. I had my oldest daughter and son when I was a young, hurting mother. The way they’re opening up to me is different. We’re relating better. They are asking for guidance and listening to me because now they’re trusting what they see in and of me.
Screaming with my 10-year-old in nature instead of screaming at them. I’m acting in ways that are aligned with my heart. I’m withstanding things I couldn’t before… and not acting in ways I need to apologize for.
Alignment with my values. At the end of the day, I feel proud of how I responded and treated people.
I didn’t love myself because I didn’t like myself. I couldn’t trust her when she would be freaking out over stupid stuff. Now I’m not.
I feel in charge of myself, sovereign. Not being entangled by bullshit leaves me to love and be proud of myself. I am reinventing love for myself.
Good vs. bad is now accuracy vs confusion. Once you find accuracy, nobody’s projections of good or bad disrupt you anymore. Kelsey is an expert.
I really feel I have a new agenda. A new compass. Kelsey said to me, “All of you belongs here at this table,” and that was so powerful for me. Even when it got dark, I FELT JOY. I thought some parts of me had to be exiled or put to death, and that felt hard and heavy… but this workshop showed me what integration really means.
Without this update, life tends to feel like:
repeating the same relationship dynamics
knowing better but not doing better
swinging between control and collapse
chronic self-doubt or overcompensation
outsourcing authority → then resenting it
Feeling like a failue with un-updated system running old conditions. It is a system doing exactly what it was shaped to do … in an environment that no longer exists.

CONCLUSIONS: THIS WORKS & YOU’RE WORTH IT
“Reparenting” is about discharging attachment to the conditions that made you fragment in the first place. We aren’t fixing anything that is wrong, we are remembering what’s always been alive & well underneath survival mode.
When the survival conditions discharge, what’s underneath is: responsive, intelligent, self-correcting, and vastly connected. What’s underneath is the JOY of being the real true you even as exquiusitely sensitive as you are. Incredible natural capacity is revealed.
It’s a big deal when you help even one person… and you definitely helped me. I want this lifestyle for myself so much. I really care about people’s recovery and you’re a badass. I’m excited about this.
